How much is shipping?
$4.95 anywhere we ship, and free on orders over $50. There is one shipping speed rather than a cheap one and an expensive one.
How long does it take?
Most orders arrive within 4 to 6 business days. That is the whole journey, not just time in transit — every bottle is labelled and packed to order, and the estimate at checkout already accounts for it. During unusually busy periods a small number of orders take longer. If yours is past six business days, email us and we will find out where it is.
Why is there no express option?
Because it would not have been worth your money. Every bottle is labelled and packed to order rather than pulled off a shelf, and that stage takes the same time however you ship — so express would have cost about $12 to save a day or two. We would rather not sell you that.
Where do you ship?
The 48 contiguous US states and Washington DC. We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii yet, and we do not ship internationally. If your address is outside that, checkout will not offer a shipping rate.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not gone into production yet, yes. Email support@kestalnutrition.com with your order number and we will catch it if we can.
The guarantee
What is the 90-day guarantee?
Finish the bottle. If it isn’t for you, we’ll refund it. You do not need to send back an empty bottle or explain yourself.
Why 90 days and not 30?
Because 30 is not long enough to know. Adaptogens and minerals build up; a fortnight tells you almost nothing. We would rather you had enough time to make a real judgement than rush you past the refund window.
How to take it
When will I feel something?
Honestly: most people notice something in the second to fourth week, not on day one. Anyone promising an effect from the first capsule is selling you a feeling.
What time of day should I take it?
Ashwagandha+ and Shilajit+ in the morning with food. Magnesium Glycinate in the evening — most people prefer it with dinner or an hour before bed.
Can I take more than one of them together?
They are formulated not to overlap, so yes for most people. If you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition, ask your doctor first — that is not a disclaimer we are hiding behind, it is a real answer.
What if I miss a day?
Take the next dose as normal. Do not double up.
What is actually in it
Do you disclose the full formula?
Yes. Every active ingredient and its amount is printed on the label and on the product page. No proprietary blends, which exist mostly to hide how little of the expensive ingredient is in the bottle.
Is it tested?
Yes, by an independent third-party lab — identity and potency of the actives, heavy metals, and a microbial panel. Email us and we will send you the report we hold for your product. See Certificate of Analysis.
Where is it made?
In the USA, in a cGMP-compliant, FDA-registered facility.
