Most supplement labels are written to be skimmed, not read. A "proprietary blend" with a total weight and no breakdown. An extract with no name, so you can't look up the research it's leaning on. Ten ingredients at doses too small to do anything, listed because they look good on the front of the bottle.

Kestál exists because we got tired of buying supplements that way. So we hold ourselves to a short list of rules, and every product has to pass all of them before it goes on sale.

The rules

The full dose is on the label. Not a blend total. Every ingredient, every milligram. If we're not willing to print the amount, it doesn't go in.

The ingredient is named properly. Our ashwagandha is KSM-66®, and it says so on the bottle. Our magnesium is glycinate, not "magnesium" with the form left off. You can look up exactly what you're taking and read the studies yourself.

One job per product. No kitchen sink formulas. Each product is built around one main ingredient at a proper dose, with a short label you can read in ten seconds.

We say what it does, and where it stops. Supplements aren't medicine. We tell you what most people actually notice, in the timeframe they notice it, and we don't dress it up. We'd rather under-promise than sell you into a refund.

The products

Three, on purpose. Ashwagandha+ is for the person whose stress runs all day and follows them home. Shilajit+ is for energy that holds through the afternoon without the crash that comes with another coffee. Magnesium Glycinate is for people who fall asleep fine and are wide awake at three. We'd rather do three things well than sell you thirty bottles.

Testing

Every lot is tested by an independent lab for heavy metals and microbial contamination before it ships. Everything is made in the USA in a cGMP compliant, FDA registered facility. If you want to see the actual results for your bottle, email us the batch number and we'll send you the Certificate of Analysis. We'd rather you check than take our word for it.
